476Laura Lombardo has been practicing yoga for the better part of a decade, and instructing for two years. She creates classes around the belief that yoga is beneficial to every mind, body, and soul — therefore striving for a balance between challenge and relaxation, fun and deeper reflection. Her Friday and Saturday morning classes are appropriate for all levels, with modification always provided and attention given to any area of student concern.
Laura has enjoyed practicing and attending workshops with Elena Brower, Seane Corn, Faith Hunter, Rodney Yee, David Vendetti, Matt Giordano and Gina Caputo, among many other incredible yogis.
Because yoga is a wonderful way to prepare for other activities and unwind from physical demands, Laura always practices in sync with her favorite activities off the mat: hiking, trail running, climbing, camping, and paddling. She invites everyone to come out and practice with her!
