Sarah Davidson is our new yoga coordinator, a mama to two little ones, yoga instructor, holistic health coach, teacher, essential oil educator, writer, and recipe creator. Sarah began practicing yoga in 2004 as a means to balance her triathlon training and stresses associated with law school. Since that time, Sarah has completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training with Sadhana Yoga School in Keene, New Hampshire, an intensive specialty certification in children’s yoga with ChildLight Yoga and a yearlong holistic health counseling certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Yoga has become a way of life and with the addition of two little ones, yoga has become a family affair. Sarah is committed to sharing the gifts of yoga and helping her students achieve their optimum state of wellness by connecting the mind, body, and spirit. Sarah believes strongly that yoga is ideal for all individuals, young and old, and is an excellent tool to foster and maintain strength, flexibility, confidence, balance, peace, mindfulness and joy. Sarah continues to teach at the White Mountain Waldorf School, lead wellness retreats, teach yoga, lecture at corporate wellness conferences and workshops, and work one-on-one with clients seeking to achieve whole healthy living.
