Sarah Davidson is a mama to two little ones, yoga instructor, holistic health coach, teacher, essential oil educator, writer and recipe creator. Sarah began practicing yoga in 2004 as a means to balance her triathlon training and stresses associated with law school. Since that time, Sarah has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Sadhana Yoga School in Keene, New Hampshire, an intensive specialty certification in children’s yoga with ChildLight Yoga and a yearlong holistic health counseling certification with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
Yoga has become a way of life and with the addition of two little ones, yoga has become a family affair. Sarah is committed to sharing the gifts of yoga and helping her students achieve their optimum state of wellness by connecting the mind, body and spirit. Sarah believes strongly that yoga is ideal for all individuals, young and old, and is an excellent tool to foster and maintain strength, flexibility, confidence, balance, peace, mindfulness and joy. Sarah continues to teach at the White Mountain Waldorf School, lead wellness retreats, teach yoga, lecture at corporate wellness conferences and workshops, and work one-on-one with clients seeking to achieve whole healthy living.
Tuesday Class: Yoga Flow- Vinyasa
An energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga through creative, fluid sequences of asanas. Every class is well-rounded, using cycles of effective and creative sequencing linked with breathwork, to create a whole body transformation of strength and fluidity, balance and centering. Class is appropriate for beginners and seasoned yogis, as variations will be offered.
Sunday Class: Sunday Sunrise
Sunrise Yoga and Meditation explores a variety of vinyasa yoga poses for relieving stress and tension, and concludes with a full body relaxation and short meditation practice. Our goal is to produce a sense of well-being and tranquility that will carry us into the week. Appropriate for students of all levels and experience.
