MarciaUhlMarcia Uhl has been practicing yoga for many years and is a graduate of Master Teacher Jacqui Bonwell’s Sacred Seeds Yoga Teacher Training.  She is committed to bringing her practice to the community and helping to spread the love, light and happiness yoga brings to life.  She is delighted to be teaching at Be Well Studios.

 

Marcia’s Vinyasa style emphasizes the union of body, mind, and spirit while increasing flexibility and balance.  The breath is linked to movement and stillness as you are guided mindfully through balanced sequences.   Anyone interested in lengthening and strengthening the body while centering and focusing the mind will benefit from this Vinyasa practice.  All levels are welcome.

 

Marcia teaches Yin Yoga Mondays at 6 PM & Vinyasa Tuesdays at 8:15 AM

Yin Yoga – This non-flow class uses stillness to strengthen, lengthen, and hydrate our deep connective tissues in order to keep our bodies flexible and mobile. This practice of long, passively held floor poses balances the flow of energy and improves our physical and emotional health. All levels are welcome.
