Join us for a guided meditation, great for meditators of any level of experience! We will guide you in through a combination of breathing exercises, story-telling and visualization to bring you into a deeper meditation! Meditation can be comfortable and enjoyable, especially when practiced in a supportive group, guided by an experienced facilitator. Join us weekly to explore or nurture your meditation practice. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
