Jess has been practicing yoga for a decade and is a 500hr certified teacher. In 2015 she went to India to travel and to complete a 200hr teacher training in Rishikesh. In 2018 she decided to continue her studies at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Western Massachusetts, where she completed an additional 300hrs of teacher training. She believes that the tools of yoga are tremendously helpful for riding the ups and downs of life– both on and off the mat. In addition to practicing yoga, Jess loves to hike, ski, and spend time in the kitchen. 
Rise & Shine Yoga – Saturdays at 8:15 AM
Jess’s Rise & Shine yoga class is designed to work out the kinks and help you feel your best for the day ahead– both mentally and physically. Each class will begin with a few minutes of centering and breath work, followed by easeful movement to warm the body and gentle flow-style asana. Class will always end with a few minutes of meditation and/or relaxation to ease the transition from on-the-mat-yoga to off-the-mat-yoga (the yoga of everyday living).
