I have been practicing yoga for over thirty years, often with a love-hate relationship. I believe when you are physically aligned with your intent, there is a natural energy in your body, clarity, and flow in all areas of your life. With each inhale and exhale, the physical body realigns. This is an opportunity to recalibrate, to reboot, to renew with each breath. A healthy adult averages 16 breaths per minute. Join me in just one yoga class…celebrate the everyday act of living…better.
