Have you been wanting to begin the practice of yoga, but don’t know where to start? Join Mindy at Be Well Studios for a 5 hour foundational yoga course. This entry level class will answer any questions you may have about the styles of yoga, the props, and allow you to experience basic poses and breathing exercises which you can incorporate into a home practice. This class is also designed to break down poses for different body types and demonstrate modifications so that you can jump into a traditional yoga class. The workshop includes handouts and a free class card with Mindy.
