The best teachers help to eliminate the need for a teacher. Danas intention is to help practitioners in establishing their own personal practice. Developing a consistent routine/practice, our bodies become the teachers as we build steadiness, flexibility, and strength of body and mind. These 1 1/2 hr sessions are based on the vinyasa system of Ashtanga Yoga – and the mood of group.
