~You Are Missed ~
Dear Be Well & Local Grocer Community,
What a crazy year this has been! The yoga studio remains closed, as we continue to monitor the health and safety of our community. However, we do miss you all and eagerly await the day where we can return to some normalcy. In the meantime, we wanted to provide you with some fun and nourishing reading material. We hope that you’re able to enjoy the beautiful fall weather, strengthen your practice, and find ways to continue to promote wellness in your own lives. While the studio is closed, our store does remain open with a full selection of yoga props, supplements to carry you through the fall/winter season, organic groceries, and take-out from the cafe. Please do stop in to say hello if you find yourself in the area. We appreciate your support of small businesses.

  • Improved fitness. Practicing yoga may lead to improved balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength.
  • Management of chronic conditions. Yoga can help reduce risk factors for chronic diseases, such as heart disease and high blood pressure. Yoga might also help alleviate chronic conditions, such as depression, pain, anxiety, and insomnia.
