This will be a gentle three week series to help us unwind, restore, reprioritize, and revitalize our selves after the holiday and come together to support each other in our quest for better health in the New Year. Let’s give sugar and other harmful habits we’ve slipped into over the holidays the boot and get down to feeling GOOD!
We’ll discuss seasonal winter detox food choices and gentle herbal cleansing aids. But detoxing is so much more than what we eat. It also encompasses our daily self-care rituals, habits, and thoughts. We’ll discuss some positive health promoting ways to replace some of those health depleting habits we know we need to shed to get one step closer to our best self! We’ll explore some healing and sustainable lifestyle habits and ways we can nourish and nurture ourselves into our most vibrant selves!
Cleanses and detoxes do not have to be agressive or radical in order to heal, nor are those types of cleanses the best for the body, especially during the cold winter months. Detoxing is something our body does on a daily basis, and if we provide for it the nourishment it needs (in all its forms) it knows what to do to keep us healthy and vital.
Group sessions will included grounding guided meditations, centering and energizing breathing techniques, educational health discussion on seasonal winter detoxing, Q & A, and group sharing and support.
