Meet Our Newest Instructor – Sue Faunce

Sue began her yoga practice to find stress relief, knowing that when the body feels good, the mind follows. Yoga asks us to bring attention of breath and mindfulness to physical movement, which can change our whole perspective, bringing ease and joy to everyday life.

Sue is a Registered Yoga Teacher; completing 200 hour teacher training in 2015 with ShivaShakti School of Yoga and Healing Arts in Union Maine, and currently is working towards her 500 hour certification. Continued certifications include Meditative Yin Yoga teacher training with Sagel Urlacher.

Sue is dedicated to sharing the gifts of yoga practice and philosophy with her students in a safe, supportive, and nurturing style; and to continually grow as a teacher to meet the needs of a wide variety of students. Her firm belief is that yoga is for every body!
